Support will be provided by two Intermediate Bodies: Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) - when SMEs and their consortiums apply for funding; National Center for Research and Development (NCBR) - when the Applicants are large enterprises and consortiums with SMEs and research organizations and non-governmental organizations, as well as consortiums of SMEs with research organizations and non-governmental organizations. Financing will take the form of a grant (non-repayable support) and a partially repayable conditional grant. All modules are financed by a subsidy, except for the Implementation of R&D results module.
